Captain Hayden Lancaster
Captain Hayden has been an outdoorsman and fishermen since he could walk. He started off fishing with his grandfather and great grandparents as soon as his hands were big enough to fit on the handle of a reel. As he grew up his passion also grew for bass fishing while living in upstate South Carolina. Hayden said “fishing has been a passion and if I could make a living fishing I would”, he moved to Murrells Inlet 6 years ago and got into saltwater fishing and never looked back. While working at the local bait shop he got familiar with all of the captain’s and started mating for Captain Nick who he had went on a fishing trip with when he first moved here! He’s been on the boat almost every day since. Learning everything from every captain of the MIFC fleet and he’s now able to take people on his own after turning eighteen and being eligible to get his Captain’s license! Hayden’s favorite fish to catch are flounder, king mackerel, bull redfish and speckled trout.
